Design details: We need to modify some existing professional forms.
We need them to be converted from PDF into Word Format and we need to be able to fill in the forms.
They also need to be able to function on ipad and tablet - we need to be able to save them into files and then send them on by email to our clients.
this is a recoding excercise
Ideas for the visual style: forms already designed
Extra notes: we have 3 documents at the moment and are each about 3 pages long
the requirement would be to convert approx 10 pages
