Tri-Fold (DL) Leaflet Design

We are looking for a designer to create a professional tri-fold (DL size) leaflet for a South West London removals company.

This is NOT a generic promotional flyer. The leaflet should feel structured, informative, and well-designed — more like a “moving guide” than an advert.

The goal is to position the business as organised, reliable, and focused on properly planned moves.

WHAT WE NEED:

• DL tri-fold leaflet (roll fold)
• Print-ready file (with bleed, correct panel sizes, fold alignment)
• Clean, modern layout with clear hierarchy
• Strong use of spacing (not overcrowded)

CONTENT:

We will provide full text content (already written), including:

• Front cover (headline + positioning)
• “What goes wrong during a move” section
• “How we plan our work” section
• “Who we typically help” section
• Full moving checklist (key part of leaflet)
• Contact details

The designer’s role is to structure and present this content visually.

STYLE DIRECTION:

• Clean, professional, not “salesy”
• Avoid generic removal company designs
• Should feel like a premium, structured service
• Use our brand colours (red / black / white)
• Good use of imagery (real moving scenes preferred)

IMPORTANT:

• Must understand tri-fold layout (panels are not equal width)
• Must design with fold logic in mind
• Must ensure readability across folds
• No overcrowding or excessive text blocks

DELIVERABLES:

• Print-ready PDF (with bleed)
• Editable source file (AI, PSD, or similar)

We will share a reference concept of what we want (structure and style), but expect the designer to improve and refine the layout rather than copy it directly.

Looking for someone with strong layout skills, not just basic graphic design.
