Simple Christmas Card Design to be sent to a printer

I have a photo. I want to convert to black and white, but keep some original red and green colouring.

Then a few variations:

Add some text at bottom in metallic red or add simple text in ordinary red and frame with metallic silver. A few different options to be provided.

Inside will need some text.

Needs to be sized up for standard Xmas card and laid out for printer to hit the button and go.

Crude and amateur version of what I am trying to achieve has been uploaded, although obviously I am seeking a more professional and polished finished result!
