Recreate name card (attached)

I want to hire a Top Cert to recreate this name card using different colors. I need it formatted so I can create 60 cards with different names. I purchased this on etsy but I don't know how to change the colors on Canva or Templett. I want to use certain Pantone colors. I need this completed in the next two hours and will pay a generous bonus to get it done in that time frame. Please let me know right away. Thanks very much, Kelley Peifer
