Letterhead design

I want to have a letterhead created, just like the one attached. But with improved photos.

I have all photos, all text and fonts required. I need an exact copy, so this is a super quick job. The photos will need to print out thumbnail size, so they need to look clear at that size.

This need to be delivered to me on a Word doc, PDG, and also images and text with transparent backgrounds.

Immediate start required. In reply, please state how long this job will take you... Im hoping for no more than one hour, from start to finish.
