Karate club flyer

I am looking for a designer to create a flyer to advertise my karate club. The flyer should include all the relevant information about the club. I will upload an example of the style I like, along with my club logo and full details.

My rubbish example is what I had in mind but I give you full creative licence. I am sure with a few tweaks we can come up with something amazing. :)

The flyer should include the following content:

For Children
- Improved focus and patience
- Learning how to manage frustration
- Building confidence without aggression

For Teenagers
- Self-control under pressure
- Discipline when emotions run high
- A strong sense of self-belief

For Adults
- Mental clarity and stress relief
- Greater presence and control of body and mind
- A calm, steady mindset that supports daily life

Overall Benefit (All Ages):
Self control, calmness and lasting confidence.
