I need a professional and graphically appealing MS Word template for business

Information for the business: IT Consultant
Industry: Internet/Software
Design details: I am an IT consultant and I prepare quotes for anything from websites to server installations.
My current quote/proposal form is a neat but uninteresting word doc. I would like to have a template that is:
- neat and professional
- modern looking
- graphically appealing
- able to stand out from other quotes and establish client confidence

The use of modern graphical elements and styling would be good but not at the expense of clear and easy to read information.

Would require layout and formatting for fonts, headings, sub headings etc. Basically something that I can just plug in the information that I require for each quote.
Content to include: Logo attached
Ideas for the visual style: Smart, modern, professional
Things to avoid: Design eclipsing clarity
Preferred colors: Slate grey and deep orange (similar to PPH)
Extra notes: Must be able to provide 2-3 sample of previous similar work.
