I need a DL size flyer put together with my brand

I need a DL size flyer put together with my brand (I have already done a design) however the big ask is, I want handwritten sentence in the middle. I presume you would need to write it out, scan it in then apply it to the flyer design.
I can upload an example (although a little tweak is now required to what you see)
It's basic and if I had a scanner I would have completed this project myself within the hour.
