Headed Paper Design Required – Word Template

I am looking for someone to create a professional headed paper template in Microsoft Word for my company.
I already have a very clear idea of the layout I want and will provide reference images showing exactly how the design should look, along with my company logo. The task is mainly to recreate the layout from the images and format it properly so that it works as a clean, editable Word document template.
The finished document should:
Be supplied as a Microsoft Word (.docx) template
Match the layout shown in the reference images
Include my company logo in the correct position
Be fully editable, so text can be typed normally without affecting the layout
