Gift Voucher Design

Looking for someone to design 3 gift vouchers for me. Something that pops. Double sided.
I'll attach my logo and an example of what I like but you have free will.
Probably looking for a black/dark grey background to the voucher.
I want my Company name and address on it. My telephone number and also my website and email address.
Voucher should have an area for me to sign and also an expiry date section with white background to this section.
Vouchers should have the Values £100 and £250 on it.
I'd also like a version that has no value shown but says that it is for a portrait session.
Looking at 210 x 99mm.
