Estate Agents A5 Calendar Leaflet

Good afternoon.
I am looking to get designed a calendar for 2024, which would be on an A5 leaflet. One side would have a calendar, branded with our logo, colour scheme etc.

The other side would have some information about us, contact details etc.

After having this designed by someone competent who can rustle something up you would like to have posted through your door.

I am aware this is not a design heavy or difficult task, so do not expect to pay silly money, but happy to look at proposals and previous work from anybody who has done something similar.
