Add some design to a Microsoft Word document and make it look good!

I have a 36 business continuity plan document. I would like it made to look better and to improve the formatting. I am looking for someone who can design in Word and make the document look good. The document must be alterable by ourselves once it is handed back. If this is a success we have a number of documents which need some design work. We have company colours and a logo.

The person who get the work has to be excellent at Word design!
