A flyer/ 2 page brochure

I would like a flyer designed for my business. It’s for my Nutrition and FItness business.

I am also designing a 6 week fitness and Nutrition programme on a word document and would like this to be given a more professional look. Can it be done in such a way that I can edit using these templates for future documents I create
