I need the 20' x 80' area of my backyard to be sketched into a pdf file. The sketch needs to show a pool plan modification made within the 20' setback of the property. Artificial turf was added to the area around the pool. The city considers the turf to be an impervious that needs to be drawn into the plans. . I need the new sketch to show that within the 20' setback of the property, I do not exceed the 480' square foot maximum of impervious area. The sketch must only show the 20' setback area.
There are three documents attached to this quote: the original pool plans, an old survey of the property and a hand sketch example of what is needed.
The sketch was drawn by a member of the local planning department. The sketch shows an L-shaped green space that is 9' deep. Please modify your sketch to show a U-shaped green space. Draw the mirroring sides of the U to show a 9' deep green space. Draw a 7' deep green space on either side of the back wall BBQ (the back of the U).
The BBQ area is considered impervious. The turf is impervious.
The left side yard area, where the pool equipment (PE) is located, is pervious. The interior of the pool that lies within the 20' setback is considered pervious.
The plans must show the impervious and pervious area calculations. The impervious, non-green space area, must not exceed 480 square feet.
The plans need only show the area within the 20' setback. Please contact me if you have any further questions. December 1st deadline.
