We are a MS Manhole Cover Manufacturing & Marketing Company looking for a professional designer to redesign our product to make it more appealing aesthetically and functionally.
Points to be worked upon
1. Hinges- Hinges which are concealed and having a opening of 120 to 140 degrees after installation.
2. Lock & Handle- creating a obstruction free design for pedestrian and vehicular movement. Handle to be designed such
that the water does not seep in.
3. Strength- designing optimum structure support on the flip side for maximum load bearing capacity.
4. Inlet hole- providing hole with a cap on the top for water pipe insertion.
5. Gasket- rubber gasket on the frame to stop air/water flow.
6. Sensor- provision for sensor unit on the flip side of the cover.
7. Flexible strips in the base frame for enhanced grip.
