Description
Experience Level: Expert
I need a CAD drawing(s) that I can give to a CNC router company to cut the parts for a shoe storage unit per the attached picture. The unit will be 2214mm high and 2120mm wide and the compartments each have an internal depth of 340mm (i.e. outer depth will be a bit more). The carcass will be 18mm ply and the inner dividers and shelves will be 12mm ply. The back will be 4mm and should be recessed slightly and not visible from the sides or top. The front will be faced with pine strips to hide the layers of the plywood (the vertical strips on the 12mm ply should be the only short pieces, the facing on the horizontal shelves and the carcass should be long lengths).
There are 80 compartments in 4 groups of rows plus the outer two columns have a different width to the central ones. The widths and heights indicated on the attached pdf are the individual compartment (box) dimensions (i.e. not including the ply thickness, but calculation of the overall dimensions does account for the ply thincknesses).

Good evening Murray,
What sort of turnaround time had you got in mind?
Many thanks
