FIRST
• Prepare a working plan and various layouts based on the architectural box dimensions and site plans supplied by others
• Prepare CAD space plans in DWG format
• Prepare interior design concepts for all areas ( with alternative options)
• Prepare A1 presentation sample boards for all areas of the project
• Prepare 2 No CGI visuals X 5
• Obtain budget cost plan for the interior design elements of the project
SECOND
• Prepare all internal detail drawings to form part of the tender package
• Prepare detailed tender documentation
• Interview all contractors with client and advise on project procurement
• Prepare schedules for all FFE items and cost plans
THIRD
• Project manage all client direct items on site
• Manage all FFE items and site supply items.
• Attend monthly on site meetings and weekly skype meeting throughout the contract period.
• Prepare O&M manuals for the client
• Manage internal fit out and installations
• Snagging and defects inspections.
FOURTH
break each segment down and include a pre-start fee to advise on the feasibility of the project
