Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Attached is our Free standing pull up bar which we have designed as a physical mock up and have outlined drawings as shown.
The information within this PDF if for our customers to purchase the bar and the bracket and then build the WOODEN frame section themselves following the instructions.
What we need to do is have a cad drawing so that the measurements we have come up with on the mock up are actually correct. (SO these may vary slightly when you produce the CAD drawing)
All of the information to create the CAD drawing should be within this document. If any measurement is missing please let us know.
WE REQUIRE the following X 2
- 1 for a 5ft WIDE pull up bar (Used in the PDF) (1524mm)
- 1 for a 3.5ft pull up bar
For each we require:
1 x CAD of side
1 x CAD of front
1 x CAD of back
IMPORTANT NOTE: The sizes shown are based on the mock up (we need the CAD to tell us if we have got the measurements and angles 100% correct.
Each of the above cad drawings to include all screws / bolt holes and all measurements.
NEXT we need each section split out into the bits required to be cut. So...
1 x cad drawing of all pieces of wood required separated out on one sheet and labeled as per PDF A,B,C etc.
1 x CAD drawing of the metal bracket shown on PDF as STEP 1A. Height = 230mm widith at base = 235mm. End of pull up bar bracket is 140 x 50mm with 12mm holes. Thickness of plate is 3=2mm thick (will need to check)
(pull up bar is standard steel 33.3mm tube the end plates on the bar are approx 3mm thick (need to check)
If further explanation is required please do not hesitate to ask.
Some alterations will no doubt be required. But the general idea is to replicate and correct this PDF design template.
