Dear PPH,
Please quote to trace using Revit the services surveyed in the provided point cloud model.
Services will need to be annotated with the information provided as per below.
NO title block/sheets are required only an annotated model view
Equipment = BOU (Bottom of Unit) / Type i.e. VAV, Dampers
Ducts = Size / System / BOD (Bottom of Duct Square only) COD (Centre of Duct Round only)
Mechanical Pipe = Size / System / CL (Centre of pipe)
Containment Tray & Trunking = Size / Type i.e Tray, Basket, Trunking / BOT (Bottom of Tray)
Domestic Water Services Pipe work = Size / System / CL (Centre of pipe)
The ductwork and Mechanical equipment is the priority, this is required for Wednesday 7th. Nov
The remaining services can follow on the 8th Nov.
Architectural / Structural
An Architectural floor plan has been provided in DWG format, this is to be used as the base drawing to align the point cloud file too as the final background
We also require the Structural floor slabs to be modelled along with the structural drop beams and columns. It is very important the drop beams are modelled as the bottom of the beam invert levels will have to be annotated.

Bottom of Beams = BOB (Invert from floor slab to be annotated on each beam)
The point cloud provided is 4gb in size via the download. The point cloud is in RCP (Recap format) and contains 360 degree scan photos which will aid in the modelling process.
The point cloud can be loaded into Revit/Autocad and Recap.
Please note the point cloud will have to be manually aligned with the DWG Architectural background.
Please ensure you understand the task before applying. Also, the dates specified have to be met as these are the requirement of our client, there can be no extension on delivery dates so please only apply if you can achieve these dates.
