Description
See attached image of a 15.5m articulated combination vehicle. This shows an example of what’s required. We almost want the same done again, but if possible to reduce/minimise the amount that the vehicle tracks over the existing verge/footway to the east of the access – whilst still avoiding the telegraph pole.
We want the following vehicles to be used:
1. FTA Articulated Vehicle (1983) 15.5m length (similar to the example)
2. FTA Rigid Vehicle (1983) 10.0m length
3. Mobile Crane (Liebherr LTM 1040). This will need to be set up as per the dimensions shown on Page 2 of the attached pdf). The closest analogue in the Autotrack library is a ‘Large Mobile Crane’ so this could be used as a base but then the dimensions must be adjusted to suit those of the Liebherr LTM 1040.
For each vehicle the following manoeuvres should be provided:
• Vehicles driving in forwards and then reversing out
• Vehicles reversing in and then driving out in forward gear
We have provided a dwg Xlayout to use as a base. We simply require the swept path and the vehicle details key for each vehicle/manoeuvre, to be provided in AutoCAD dwg format. We will split these into drawing frame ourselves

Can you please identify any land in your ownership and control, as it appears the trackplot information you have whilst on plan might work, in practice will not.
Although Chartered Architecturally, I actually hold a Class 1 (C+E) licence and regularly drive artic's for half the day and work architecture the other half.
What are the goods expected to come in, and how often. As consideration is given to provision of a crane, has thought been given if there is a lot of goods to craning over another vehicle so goods can be transferred and is it worth it ? No details of the size of the remainder of the site are available as it is possible to turn an artic by jacknifing and turn in shorter space than on the trackplot for a 180 degree turn, and we do this ofen ourselves.
It would affect the cost we are able to perform the task, providing a solution that is practicable. -
Hello Paul
Can you kindly check DWG layout please. It's not opening. Kindly confirm it please.
