Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Industry: Technology
Design details: We are looking for a CAD designer draft a 3D design to our updated reactor system. This consists of a container frame of dimensions (internal) 2.352m X 2.385m X 5.867m/(external) 2.438m X 2.591m X 6.058m (See Container Attached). Inside are a series of reactors (Reactor_TS.jpg) that must be connected by DN50 pipe work and flanges. We have shown a potential configuration in Example 1 but this is flexible.
We would like to see:
1) The maximum quantity of reactors that can be placed in the container with pipe work.
2) A method for accessing all of the reactors for maintenance when required for example mounting lines of reactors on runners so that the line of reactors can be moved our when after being detached from the parallel lines. We are welcome to other ideas for maintenance but all reactors must be reachable.
3) All reactors must load liquid from the top of the reactor flow down then exit through a flange in the bottom.
Finally the container must then be coated in insulating material able to maintain temperatures in excess of 200°C with removable compartments to allow for the maintenance system mentioned above.
Note Attached Technical drawing of the reactor is for a 2230mm high reactor, this will be extended to a 4475mm reactor all other dimensions will remain the same.
Ideas for the visual style: Based on a standard container frame, insulation should be removable, stainless steel render for reactors/pipework
Extra notes:
