Water usage calculations for a New Build 4 Bedroom House

I require water usage calculations for a 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms and 1 separate toilet. The bathrooms includes 1 no. W.C., 1 no. H.W.B. and 1 no. shower cubicle. The separate toilet includes a W.C. and a wash basin. The kitchen includes a kitchen sink, washing machine and a dishwasher. There is 1 no. garden tap. The building plans are attached in PDF format. Please note that the calculations are to be done to Local Authority Approval.
