I need a drawing of the attached to send to the manufacturer.
The drawing is for the plastic cap (Orange) part that will be injection moulded.
I am sending your drawing to the manufactureer for the first proof. (First Off).
Please consider the accomodation of the tag component that this is designed to over. And also ensure that the design helps to reduce issues with de-moulding fromt he machine. That means a slight radius on the corners inside and out. as well as a stuiable thickness for the plastic.
We don't know what plastic will be used yet but assume 2.5mm thickness unless you know better.
The bottom flange of the cap should protrude OUTWARDS and have a outward surface of 10mm to allow for a double sided foam tape.
