*URGENT* 2D Elevations for multiple bathrooms being refurbished

My wife and I are refurbishing our house and need to get some 2D elevations created for the bathrooms. The contractor/plumber needs the elevations in order to know the precise locations of the taps / toilet cistern etc etc., and to see how lay out the tiling etc. We have full CAD plans of the bathrooms and detailed measurements of all the first-fix items (taps, toilet, shower head etc.) and just need to create 2D elevations from those.
