Update Structural Model from point cloud & create architectural model from 2D Layouts

Dear All,

We have a structural model which needs to be updated to reflect the existing point cloud survey and a separate architectural model to be created which needs to reflect the proposed building.

1. Update Structural Design Model (Existing Concrete Only) to reflect Point Cloud Data. Please note not all areas were accessible at the time of the survey so areas will have to be estimated at best.

2. Create a separate Revit architectural model from new using the 2D layout & sections provided. To be included
Walls, Raised Floors and pedestals, stairs, Ceilings & supports where indicated, Bulkheads / Dropped ceilings, Plumbing Fixtures, Basic Curtain Walling (Indicative only), Roof access hatches, Indicative lighting layouts & electrical devices.

Please note
This architectural model is for coordination purposes only so a detail level of LOD 250 - 350 is acceptable.
Both models have to be completed using Revit 2019
For the structural modelling, the proposed steel framing and column elements are not to be amended only the existing concrete.
Point Cloud, During scanning the building was under demolition so some of the walls and structure scanned where due to be removed, these can be seen in the scans marked remove (Spray painted on the relevant walls)
The point clouds for Revit do not contain the 360-degree photos, but these can be provided for Recap if required as sperate files but it must be noted these scans are up to 50gb in total for the whole building.

This project has an immediate start for the successful candidate and we look to receive the completed model back by the Sept 17th.
