UK planning drawings for 3 bed house

Hi, I'm looking for someone to provide me a full set of UK planning drawings to include.
1:1250 Site Plan
EXISTING
1:500 block plan showing boundary in red
1:100 Floor plans. Lower Ground, Ground and First Floor.
1:100 Elevations x 4.
PROPOSED

1:100 Floor plans. Lower Ground, Ground, First and Second.
1:100 Elevations x 4.

I will provide the following.
An example of recent planning drawing for an identical property in the same block. I'm looking for drawings in a similar style.
Digital survey of existing floor plans, elevations and site. This data is to be converted into the existing plans in a similar style to the drawings provided mentioned above.
Proposed floorplans. Hand drawn at a scale of 1:100. To be used to create proposed floorplans. Many of the existing features and internal walls are retained so this along with the survey should prove fairly self explanatory.
Photographs of all elevations.
A sketchup model of the proposals.

Can you please allow for 1 round of revisions in your quote. The design/layout won't change but this will allow for any fine tuning.
