UK Planning Application documentation

Looking for somebody to prepare Full UK Planning application to convert an existing bungalow to a two story house. Indicative plans have been drawn up but will need cleaning up and minor adjusting. Project will need all relevant planning documentation prepared, simple facades designed & drawn along with any other supporting documentation. The applicant will also be responsible for submitting the planning application to the council.
I will be preferring somebody who can complete this quickly but also has experience to work in UK and some kind of relevant UK accreditation.
