Trace the attached scanned PDF's into Sketchup

I am simply too busy to do this - however it is a simple task:

I just need elevation and floor plan line drawings in SketchUp, traced from the attached scanned PDF's at 1:1 scale. The PDF's are scanned images so not vectors, hence they will have to be traced.

I DO NOT want the paths bitmapped and traced in Inkscape or similar as this will result in too many polylines.

I don't need any of the text, hatching, arrows etc. I just need the line work.

I can provide the original PDF scans on request - PPH limits uploads to <10MB.
