Tiny House Floor Plans

Hi,

I need a set of floor plans & elevations creating for a tiny house. I have a document with inspiration & design features that need to be included. Some of the features will need to be compromised, so they're not 'essential' to have every single thing.

Dimensions are as follows:

7m Long
2.45m wide
3.95m max height
Cannot be more than 3.5tonnes in weight - so keep this in mind as it will be placed on a trailer, meaning it'll be road legal in the U.K.

The budget is fixed - as this is just floorplans, no need for renders, sketchup models etc.
