I need to make plans to redevelop a Large hall. I have the full measured survey (with CAD) file of it including elevations and all the details.
The Height of the Floor to the Roof's Eaves (before the slope starts) is approx 10 meters. Therefore in the very tall height I need to insert a First and Second Floor (at approx 2.6 metres internal heights with about 0.4 meters for Beam/Joist).
The main section of the hall is 9 meters Wide and 23.8 meters in Length. There is proposal to insert three walls along the Width at Gaps of 4.5 meters, 5.8meters, and 7.5 meters. This is to keep each section to have an entrance door and a window. No New Entrances can be proposed on the main walls of the Hall as it is a Listed Building. In the last section that has a 6 meter length there is a wall through mid Width of 4.5 meters to distribute the space between the end units that have side entrances. (refer to the file "20251021_Proposed Breakup of Great Hall.pdf").
I have made a proposed Floor Plan for the Residence 1 (9mx5.8m). This has a Stairwell running straight up on the proposed new wall on the width, immediately to the left as one comes in the entrance. The floor plans for each floor drawn to measurements attached pdf (Refer to the file "Residence 1 (9 X 5.8) The Great Hall.pdf").
Each Residence unit needs to be designed with entrance area having a double ceiling height - to provide the light to the Ground Floor and provide a sense of architecture and brilliance (sympathetic to the Listed building).
Residence 2 needs to have the similar layout (with stairwell and landing being the same and the extra 1.7 meters of depth taken by the living areas, and rooms).
Residence 3 & 4 - Need to have the Stairwell again on the left of the entrances - against the end wall and going upwards similar to the earlier residences and each floor having a room and a bathroom. The Bathrooms on the center wall so that the rooms can have the windows.
The Residents fitness Center needs stairwell on the left as one enters. However, rather than a straight stairwell it needs to be U shaped stairwell with landings and provision of a lift (for DDA Compliance (Disability Discrimination Act). So understandably about 2 meters on the West elevation (left of the entrance) will be completely taken by stairwell and lift. The stairwell and lift needs to be Boxed for Fire Safety.
Need the drawings for proposed development.
