Structural Insulated Panel - Construction Drawings

Structural Insulated Panel construction drawings and 3D model. Drawings and a CAD model are needed to illustrate the manufacturing and assembly of structural insulated panels (SIPs) for a new building project. A comprehensive set of construction documents shall be produced, including a layout plan depicting all SIPs and building components. Individual drawings of each SIP part must be detailed with cutting patterns suitable for CNC fabrication. A full material takeoff list and assembly checklists for both the workshop and jobsite are required to facilitate efficient production and construction. The deliverables aim to standardized and optimize the SIP panel manufacturing process. Reference will be made to an existing Sketchup model provided by the client that details all dimensional requirements. The construction documents need to offer clear visual and written guidance for workflows in workshop cutting/framing and on-site erection. Focus will be given to design for manufacture principles to streamline fabrication while maintaining structural integrity standards.
