Structural Engineer to design Columns and Beams for Apartment

I am working on an apartment drawing and I need to add the columns , beams and structural elements to the drawing. I have designed the ground floor, the typical floor layout, The Terrace plan and a cross section of the elevation. The proposed building is to be walled with hollow concrete blocks - so all load bearing is via the columns. The proposed building is a mixture of residential and commercial spaces. The apartments are residential spaces, there is an area designated for commercia trade at the ground level as indicated and there is an intention to use the roof terrace for commercial purposes. The windows have not been added but please just calculate the loads assuming no windows exist. Doors have been added indicatively but again once the columns are in place I can move them to suit or change them as necessary.
