Structural Calculations & Drawings -

Including : Extension/Loft Dormer/Internal Walls

Our architect has done the architect designs and we have a DWG file.

A property is being refurbished with the addition of a loft and single storey rear extension. The architect has done the plans. We need someone to provide all calculations for building control sign off from A-Z. Mainly the following (not limited to)
- Rear 4M Extension
- Loft Dormer
- Staircase
- Internal walls if required.

I require someone to complete and support me until building control sign off.

You need to be well versed in building control and liase with them for me if required.

Your calculations must be correct and compliant to get agreement from building control.
