Solid model of foliage to cover phonebox

I need a solid model of foliage to cover 2 sides of a phone box as shown in the attached sketch. This has to be a solid model not a surface model. The finished model needs to be supplied in STEP and SAT formats.

I need this model ideally in the next 12 hours.
