Small event floorplan

I need a designer who can turn a scaled floor plan around very quickly (likely 12hrs) early next week. Monday/Tuesday. It is not complicated, it'll just be plotting hired furniture pieces (tables, chairs, bar, staging) from a non scaled sketch/powerpoint. I don't know much about CAD but ideally we'd like annotations/images included as per attached sample (which is just a PowerPoint and not related to this project, so just for sample purpose).
It's likely that we would need the designer to look up the dimensions of objects but we can provide relevant links and although it may be high number of pieces, most of them are likely to be repeats so looking up shouldn't take long.
