Sketchup pro: drawings to be annotated

We use Sketchup to produce designs of garden studios, garden offices, home extensions, etc. We have models that we need to be annotated for planning applications and I am investigating the possibility of outsourcing this. The models would need a title box and a scale bar added, then saved as a scaled PDF ( at a 1:50 scale)
Professional Sketchup would be required to do this, alternatively the models could be converted to CAD
