Description
Experience Level: Entry
Design details: Hello
I am looking for someone to take the layouts, elevations, and sections I have created in SketchUp 2017 and place them in to scaled layouts suitable to submit to my local authority for planning permission.
I require the following drawings at A3 paper size:
1. Site Location Plan; this shows the property location at a scale of 1:1250 and 1:500
2. Existing Elevations & Sections; scale 1:100
3. Existing Floor Plans; scale 1:100
4. Proposed Elevations & Sections; scale 1:100
5. Proposed Floor Plans; scale 1:100
6. Site Plan (Existing & Proposed); scale 1:100
I will provide SketchUp 2017 files for both existing and proposed plans, and all I am asking is that these are placed in to layouts (using SketchUp Layout) with an agreed drawing layout template showing text of the following:
• my details
• the property location
• the drawing title
• drawing scale
• drawing size (all to be A3)
• drawing number
• date
• revision number
• a legend/key
• scale bar appropriate to the scale of the plans
A sample of what I want can be seen here (https://maps.kingston.gov.uk/propertyServices/planning/ImageMenu?system=DC&fCaseNo=17/12668/HOU&caseNo=1712668).
The final layouts are to be provided in SketchUp format and pdf format.
Thanks
