Design details: I will typically have 2D plans and elevations of houses that I need turned into 3D sketchup models, average of one every couple of weeks or so. Looking for recurring work stream.
Ideas for the visual style: PICTURES WILL BE PROVIDED
Things to avoid: SLOPPY GEOMETRY
Extra notes: Sample of typical project is provided- will have plans and elevations of a residence provided in 2D .dwg format, will need an editable sketchup massing model as a deliverable. Interior models are also needed on occasion but usually occur later on in the process.

Hi Frank,
Which version of SketchUp do you have, if you need the SketchUp 8.0 I have to use a converter to save as what you are looking for, but if you have SketchUp 2016 or 2017 it would be better.
Appreciated your prompt clarification.
