Site layout drawn in autocad. .dwg file required.

Information for the business: Property Developer
Design details: We have a pdf site layout scanned from an original A1 drawing from my architect. We need this layout drawn in CAD. Layout is uploaded aswell as the topo surveys for info. The cad drawing produced will form the basis for the aboricultural method statement and highway reporting.

We require the footprints of all dwellings, the garages, the parking arrangements, the access road, the front access and lane , the landscaping (proposed and existing), the drives and the plots divided with plot numbers, all to be drawn in CAD to scale.

We can omit roof details.

Happy for dimensions of the plots to be scaled from the drawing. We have a set width for the access road and entrance arrangements as a retirement from highways and can send that over.

We can provide .dwg files for the access road and the original topo survey.

Plan to be 1:500 @ A1. Would like both pdf and .dwg files on completion.
