Simple Jigsaw Puzzle in CAD format

I am looking for someone who will draw CAD picture of basic jigsaw puzzle in Solid Edge compatible format(dwg, dxf, dft).
Jigsaw puzzle picture will be:
width: 150 mm(+/- few mm does not metter)
hight:100 mm(+/- few mm does not metter)
Puzzles in columns: 4
Puzzles in rows: 3

with bellow configuration:
Seed: 8386
Tab size: 20%
Jitter: 4%
Corner radius: 4mm
Tiles: 4x3
Size: 150x100mm

Each jigsaw puzzle piece has to be in separate layers. This means you will provide document with 12(4x3) layers, where in each layer will be separated piece.
Only once all layers will be displayed, you will see complete image of whole jigsaw puzzle picture.
Only an outline of each piece will be drawn in each layer.
Distance between each piece has to be 0.1mm.
