Scaled drawings for a Garden Room

We are looking to build a small garden room at our house, and I would like a few drawings so the builder can provide me a price to build it.

The specification is as follows:
• The room will be 5m x 5m
• No more than 2.5m high (including the roof)
• Pitch roof
• Constructed using blocks, not bricks, and will be clad using cement boards, for example Cedral Wood, which is a brand available in the UK
• The cladding is only required for the front and right side. The rear and left side will be out of site as the building is being positioned in the corner.
• We would like an internal partition, front to rear 1.5m wide on the left of the building, and an internal door in to this area, as this will be used as a separate storage room.
