Review Google Sketch up file and compare to original plans & produce .dwg file

I have a Google Sketchup file which was created about 5-7 years ago. I would like somebody to do 3 things:-

1. Check the sketch up file and make sure it agrees with the original hand drawn elevations and plans also enclosed.
2. Convert the Sketchup file into a .dwg flle - I think there is a tool which allows this if you have the paid version of Sketchup so this should be a software conversion.
3. Produce (using Sketchup or .dwg) plans and elevations with all of the dimensions (ie a digital representation of the hand drawn files enclosed).

There may be further design work in a few weeks to convert this barn into three dwellings/flats but I need to get this converted into digital formats with dimensions.

Please post your experience with Sketchup. Also for any future design work this will have to be compliant with UK Building and Planning Regulations so this is not relevant for this project but let me know if you have experience with the UK. (Note this is not relevant for this task so this will not be a deciding factor if I choose you).
