I am looking for a professional who can produce high-quality retrofit and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) drawings using AutoCAD or Revit. The work includes architectural layouts, energy-efficiency retrofit detailing (PAS 2035-based), and coordinated MEP systems for residential or commercial buildings.
✅ The ideal freelancer should:
• Have experience with retrofit and energy upgrade designs
• Be skilled in AutoCAD and/or Revit MEP
• Understand UK building standards (BS 5250, PAS 2035, etc.)
• Be able to deliver layered, editable DWG or RVT files
