Renderings from 2d CAD

I have a couple of projects that I would like to use for promotional purposes but in 2d plans and elevations they aren't very visually appealing. I'm not looking for anything overly elaborate but I wondered what you could do to bring them to life. Wouldn't need to be too high res as will be used on social media mainly.

I have attached the two dwg files, please take a look and get in touch if you are interested. Please provide a sample based on my specification with all replies.
