Render my Sketch up diagram with Vray or Blender

I required a render of 4 items. 3 of these are building the other is the site map that the buildings sit on

Guest Units
Hippo Park

It has been plotted using GPS coordinates so I want to be able to add the day and night mode to be able to see where the sunrises and sets so I can see the impact on the building.

I will add as many of the trees and items to each room as possible. If you have items you think will fit better then feel free to add.

I will be updating this model over the coming days before you would be starting

I will want to extract a minimum of 3 to 4 images from each render. I am happy to extract the images myself, so please let me know what software you will be creating this on.

I will want to extract a video from the file once created. A copy of what I am trying to achieve can be found in the link as before.
