Redesign & Update Architectural Plans

I am looking for an experienced architect or architectural designer to redraw and correct my house plans. I already have the old and new plan files (in PDF/DWG format) and need them updated to reflect recent renovations and adjustments, ensuring accuracy for future work and municipal compliance.

Scope of Work:
- Review existing old and new house plans I will provide.
- Make necessary corrections and updates based on my notes and renovation details.
- Ensure measurements, proportions, and layout changes are accurate.
- Prepare the final updated plans in both editable CAD (DWG) and PDF formats.
- Maintain professional architectural standards for readability and presentation.

Details:
- Property is a townhouse in Machelen, Belgium.
- The changes include alterations to attic, terrace, kitchen, living room, bathroom, cellar, and an upcoming garden extension with indoor pool.
- I can share detailed sketches, notes, and measurements.
- Communication in English is required; knowledge of Belgian building regulations is a plus.

Deliverables:
- Updated architectural plans (old and new versions corrected).
- Files in DWG + PDF formats.
- Clear layer naming and scale.
