PRELIMINARY DRAWINGS FOR 10x COMMERCIAL WAREHOUSES

Hi,

We are in the early stages of building 10x commercial units in Glasgow, Scotland, and we require an architect to help at this stage to provide us with preliminary drawings that we can share with prospective contractors.

The commercial units will be similar in size and shape (L10m x W25m x H6m), so I’m assuming a lot of the work can be replicated from unit to unit, and in turn keep costs to a minimum.

Is this a project you are interested in helping with, and do you have any experience with commercial properties?

If so, what price would you offer, and how quickly could you provide me with drawings?

I have attached a couple of files for your reference. You will see that the site is triangular shape, and that we have a rough idea of what we are looking for in terms of the design.

What we are looking for, is an architect that is talented, has worked with a challenging landscape, ideally an engineering background, and will carry out due diligence in terms of the ground conditions/gradients.

Please me know your thoughts on the project, you proposal and why you are the best person for the job.
