Plan and elevation drawn for a 4 storey block of 8 similar flats

Design details: This is a concept stage. I have many photographs of the type of building I'm looking to do.

Extra notes:
I had a colleague from pph who has done the ground floor drawings, but he’s got to be away for about 2 weeks and I cannot afford the time.

I need
a. The other 3 floors drawn based on the ground floor
b. I need 4 elevations drawn
c. I would like to know what is your time scale and how much it would be
At this stage, it is a concept design, I will need more help later on.
