PDF to AutoCAD - Proper Conversion with layers, Xrefs, dim, ASAP

Task: Do a proper conversion to AutoCad with the PDF files. 8 pages. One house plus laneway house. see attached.

The CAD file should be a proper working file with:

1. Layers ( see attach layer styles- (autocad-standard-layer-names.pdf)- but please try to keep simple, so use minimum number of layers as possible. Just name them like the sample.
2. Xref ( floor plan and title block Xref)
3. Model Space/ Paper Space- Title block is on Paper space
4. Use viewports in paper space in the right scale.
5. Dotted lines are a line style ( not broken line
6. Use the correct colors as per Plot Style attached.
7. Make the windows and doors Blocks.
8. All text should be editable ( not broken in pieces).
9. Dimensions are properly done, on it’s own layer
10. Match Font size/style


I need this done as SOON as possible. The final CAD files should be like the original that these were created from. Please only communicate with me on PPH for this project. The person I hired to do this was unable to do it and now we are in need of these quickly. Let me know when you can get this done.
