PDF site plan contours to be converted to 3D AutoCAD DXF

Hello,

I have an old site plan in PDF format. It has 0.5 m contours across the entire site. I would like these converted into DXF AutoCAD polylines with elevation. We are looking at possibly building on this site in the future.

Please could you provide a price to complete this and a timeframe? Not a large job.

There is a measurement of 21.7 m for you to scale your drawing from (near the building site). Site plan is attached.

I forgot to add - the contours will need to be added into Trimble Sketchup to create a model - if you can do this also that would be great, if not then I will learn how to do it.
